Here is a sampling of what you could have seen at CES 2019 in Las Vegas (as always, you can click on an image and it will open full size):
Byton (all electric car going into production by the end of 2019) incorporates a 48" wide 'dash' with no analog gauges in its cockpit. There is also a smaller 7" display on the steering wheel (which stays fixed as the steering wheel rotates around it) and a 8" screen on the center console. The dash display can be controlled by touch, voice and or hand gestures.

Is there an autonomous vehicle in your future?

Robots of every size were roaming. Have to wonder if this little guy is a pervert in training

Europe is experimenting with autonomous street delivery vehicles

BMW had a 'you get to drive it' mini-test track set up demonstrating the agility of their 4 wheel drive suspension. Note the right rear tire is in the air.

Here is the Vette designed for the hard of hearing (or soon to be hard of hearing)

Mercedes had several futuristic vehicles on display.

Mercedes stunning Silver Arrow.

A Formula E for street circuit racing.

A unique cycle designed so you can absolutely hear the beat over the engine- note the massive speaker in the side car, along with speakers on the cycle itself.

One of several supplier mock-ups where the radar, lidar, sensors and head lights were all integrated within the fender vs sticking out on various parts of autonomous vehicles.

Full size vertical take-off transport
