  • Leroy the MANUAL C5 ran a 7-second pass!!!

    Ladies and gentlemen, this is the moment we have been anticipating for over year. There have been a plethora of ups and downs, dozens of setbacks, and a LOT of doubters. However, nothing could manage to overcome Cleetus McFarland’s determination to make Leroy the first manual-trans GM car in the 7’s. Cleetus and his sidekicks Cooper, James, and Jeremy(Formato), with the help of many industry greats, have accomplished greatness. Keep in mind that Leroy is running a stock bottom end on a 5.3 block that TSP bored out to 7 liters, and that he has a drag coefficient of .72, which is double that of a stock C5. Without further ado, the story of Cleetus and Leroy:

    Thats awesome but a lightweight body would have been preferred and misght have improved aero.
