I think the mclaren 600 having the exhaust popping out the trunk is the coolest although i imagine its a pain in the butt over time...

I like the Porsche 918 Spyder. With that configuration who needs a radio. But my favorite of all time in the CORVETTE is the Four pipe out the back Corvette C7. It is going to be hard to get use to the C8s configuration with four square pipes.

I love the McLaren 600 GT’s top mounted exhaust, as brilliantly explained as usual, by Jason Fenske of Engineering Explained. However, such a system could have a negative on rear trunk capacity if as alleged, the C8 had a side-to-side rear trunk capable of carrying a full sized golf bag — or maybe not.

Might the Z06+ versions of the C8 have a top mounted exhaust???

Found this screen print within it; might it be a great pre-presentation of what the C8’s HT convertible buttresses look like from this angle?

let's just say that the 2019 Mclaren 600LT's exhaust was "inspired" by the 2015 Porsche 918's

I enjoyed Jason’s videos (stumbled across it), and to save 28 pounds by the McL 600 going to a top exhaust, and have all those secondary benefits, WOW

Good point ABorC. It works in both, and we hope we get one for our Z06,ZR1 and/or ZORA
