  • Track Schools Anyone on/ or near the West Coast ?

Something I didn't do was go to an Actual School for driving the last time when I had my 7 L Z

This time I want to attend one. I want to get the most outta my baby.

I have heard some good reviews about the Pahrump, Nevada school.

Anyone have first/second hand info on this place ??

Are there other schools that are great at teaching me the type of things I am unfamiliar with.??

I have mostly drag-raced in the past and wish to get a good start on tracking

    Thank you in advance

Took advantage of GMs offer for Ron Fellows Driving School in 2016, it was First Class all the way. The facilities were great and even better now, the instructors are all professional Race Drivers and you are encouraged to DRIVE their cars to your limits. A chance of a lifetime to really learn about your car and become a better driver. Click image for larger version

One more note......A number of the participants in my class had been to other driving schools and to a person felt Ron Fellows was the best.

Sorry Adrenaline Junky I missed your posting of this last month. I echo the very positive comments above about Spring Mountain. Going to the Corvette Owners School for learning how to drive a mid engine is very high on my new C8 ownership list — something I plan to do in the first couple of months owning it.

We had a poll about this very subject, and 90% said they were going to Spring Mountain for C8 training (and fun); in fact 90% voted that they were either 90% sure they were doing that or 100% positive they are gong to Spring Mountain.

That poll is still open for all to vote.

Ditto. Spring Mountain is an absolute must for me to learn about driving a mid engine which I have never done before. My experience there with a C7 Z06 was so much fun and I learned a great deal.
