Sounds like we have quite a few riders on the forum here as well as Corvette nuts.

When you leave the Corvette in the garage and venture out on two (maybe 3?) wheels, what are you riding?

My current ride is a 2018 HD Streetglide Special, only things I've changed from factory is I put on 12" bars, changed out the exhaust with Vance and Hines Hi Output, and replaced the stereo with Sony's touchscreen offering, the XAV-7000.

There are the last three I totaled...I stopped riding on two wheels 5 years ago after about 25 years of riding. Couldn't chance another bad crash.

This is my 05 road king. It used to be black but i stripped it all down to the frame and replaced basically everything but the engine. Took a month, can't believe i was able to put it back together lol

I redid a buddies Heritage Softail after it was shipped home from three years in Okinawa, Japan. The moving company Uncle Sam hired did NOT do a very good job and we needed to do a ton of work to it. Luckily they game him enough money that he and I were able to redo the entire bike, like you, minus only engine and transmission, and he had that bike for a long time after. It was a beautiful ride. I enjoyed riding it on very long, straight, desert roads but I wasn't a big fan of that springer front end in the mountain passes!
