C8 Section Re-Organization, With Our New “Mid Engine Exterior/Interior Pictures, Videos and Renderings” Section

MECF members asked for our segregating pictures, renderings and videos into one area; looking ahead, that section will become our most viewed area once you get your C8’s. Pre-existing threads that fit are now being moved. Thank you for the suggestion!

Might be an interesting season if things keep going this way and get a couple more consistent players.

Heartbreak for Leclerc, but that's just racing sometimes.

He handily beat Vettel all weekend so has that compensation. I'd like to see that form continuing.

Good to see so many rookies beating their teammates:

          LeClerk
          Norris
          Albon
          Russell

          all had good days.

Great race by LeClerc, hope Ferrari doesn’t end up with a equipment problem all year. Vettel had that same problem last year. Needs to figure that out.
            Overall a good race.

Your post is not a good sign. I did not watch the race today, but your comment says, it was not a good one.
So many questions about the ME right now, but the answers are nicely, though slowly, coming out.

I’ll not give up but it was sure back to Mercedes up front and nothing else real interesting.

And back to Ferrari making stupid strategic decisions.

It was a parade! I have been an F1 fan for decades. Been to too many to count. The current regulations favor the big corporations and the long term old teams. It cannot go on tilted like that. There has to be more parity of money to insure a competitive environment.

There's always an official "race highlights" video put up on YouTube a few hours after. I've taken to watching that.

As far as team orders, Ferrari has it backwards IMO. A better and fairer strategy would be to allow their drivers to race freely early in the season, and then if one was clearly leading, back that one for the remainder. It didn't look like LeClerk knew he'd signed up for the wingman role.

                              Here's the video
