    Don't waste your time and money - The leather in our cars have a type of plastic coating on them. Mild soap and water will do just fine for getting the dirt off.

      I found a number of very positive reviews of that product, and have a bottle sitting in the basement ready to apply to the tan bolsters on my seats.

      If the Leather Shield keeps blue jean die from rubbing off on the bolsters, It's worth the small cost in time and money to me.

        It's not for cleaning, it's for protecting. Every leather in cars is coated, unless your skinning your own cows.
