      another little tidbit I didn't know about, thanks. I think I was better off thinking the car was speed limited, must have restraint 😁

        The engine is torque limited for the first 500 miles.

          Only in first and second (and maybe third?) gears.

              The tachometer redline changing at 500 miles is new to me. I am not a previous owner of any C7 to C4. (my last vette was a C3).
              So watching the tach redline move at 500 miles was pretty cool.
