Both are factors for having a fast car. Less weight increases traction and increases handing with the SAME rubber on your car. The difference in handing with my C7Z06's with about 65 pounds of weight reduction off the engine then the light weight Forge line wheels replacing the heavy stock cast wheels is huge. Driving around at 3330 pounds with 1/4 -1/2 tank of gas plus the felt reduction of the un sprung weight from the wheels.
Gives the C7 Z06 more traction and much more nimble handling over stock.
Then solid 100 plus rwhp gains on the dyno from the Magnuson Supercharger providing 15 pounds of boost and ARH in 2 inch, larger throttle body, and plus gains not shown on the dyno from using better fuel and the Halltech tric which increases street performance from added boost not shown on the dyno. The Tric unit attaches to the grill inlet and
packs the airbox with cool air so the supercharger becomes more efficient thus raising boost at speed. All while running cooler than stock. Lands the Modified Corvette C7Z06 as a performance bargain and a performance beast!
