Cramming A EVS Supercharger in a C6

Some images of what it looked like when I shoved a EVS Supercharger into a 2008 C6
Interesting is this supercharger kit comes with and required a PCM and TCM tune of vendors be used
The C6 owner wanted these be flashed in before I did any custom tuning



Once those tunes were flashed in after I did the SC install and we went for a testdrive to collect engine and A6 tranny data
from a dead stop and just taking off the A6 would make quick random auto shifts
We were lucky to get Corvette back to my place

In the end the vendor of this EVS had used the wrong tranny type TCM flash and flashing it into this 2008 caused the TCM
to puke and caused owner to go to dealer who not only voided the engine and tranny GM warranty but then charged the C6 owner
$5,000 to change out the A6 and the TCM

Once owner bent over and paid that sum out and returned to me where I then did custom tuning on both PCM and TCM and LS3 and A6 ran very well
BTW the hot shot Corvette vendor on NE coast never paid for the damage they caused

Yes on that.
I like to just do the mods to my Corvettes myself. 3 A&A kits, now 3 Magunson top mount kits. All of them I did header installs on as well But now only an old friend a very experienced dyno shop who really is a top tuner on the west coast does my tuning. I trusted someone else once to do an install and "Tune" once, the car barely made it home.

I soon sold the new C7 at a huge loss with broken rings from too hot of tune. He wanted to big number 618 wheel hp but no other cars were getting over 570 that extra 50 wheel cost me a motor. The well known vendor was new to the C7. After a botched oil change from a dealer I try to no longer trust or allow others to work on my cars
