    1st Corvette Being Built 1953

    I came across this and thought it would be interesting to some. It's kind of funky, but what wasn't in 1953. Enjoy.

    The Glasspar G2 was the first fiberglass car, made in small numbers.[Wikipedia]. Corvette was and early adopter and put it on the fiberglass into regular production.

              The workers were not even wearing masks. Just an observation. I was not referring to the era and lacking safety equipment at the time but more to our standards today
