Beautiful Corvette! There is a GM written standard that after the oil is put in, that one measures the oil level between 3-5 minutes after that. If not an oil change but we are checking our oil level, again after your motor has been turned off, take your level test between 3-5 minutes. If you wait longer than five, you will get a false reading, as you might if less than three minutes.

    Thanks again D’ZR1!

Hummmnnn, Just wondering why the engineers would not put another plug from the bottom of the dry sump? Piece of steel braided tubing with a plug for easy access to rid the engine of all the broken down oil. I have put steel braided lines on my Mercedes through the bottom aero panel so I would not have to remove all of the panel screws to do a simple oil change and I can even access it without jacking up the car or having to put it on a lift. I have to get some lines for my CTS-V and my ATS-V to make the process extremely simple as removing the panels is ridiculous. Just Saying GM. It's really a simple solution.

Thank you John! Yeah..they measured it several times and actually had to drain some out at one point. They took their time with everything.

Basically it's a way to market the site, promote community and in general spark conversation with others to hopefully encourage and inspire a passion for autos (new, old, custom, etc). With cross promotions on social media, video and photos we have the opportunity to connect with each other, strangers and hopefully future generations since they seem to be less interested in motorsports. All with an emphasis on respect and encouragement to follow your passion no matter what style or genre of motorsports you prefer. We have several members that are vloggers and it would be great to get a program like this in front a larger audience, and with media crossing paths it's bound to increase members and subscribers for both. Who know's where something like this could go?

D’ZR1 Messiah, how fantastic it would be for us to get the flag on your windshield for one of your videos! Both ways.

                      That's awesome, Thank you!

I believe you are in PA which could work with the first member to accept the flag being located in north east ohio, but we have not made anything firm just yet. I'm not sure of the logistics from your location to him, but that could be an easy meetup between you two when he's ready to pass it on.

I see an epic road trip video leading to the exchange and eventually your display of the flag!

Or... If the other member is not ready, we could reverse it. I'd be willing to make a longer trip to meet with you for the first handoff and after your time with the flag you could handoff to him. Anyway you slice it, thank you for wanting to take part!

I'm actually in Northern VA just outside of Washington DC. Either way is fine by me.
