    Did you take him? And did he ask for a retest just to be sure he heard the noise correctly? I would have.

      About 5600 RPM in 5th gear should do the trick... It might be best to get out on the road early with the mechanic, before traffic becomes an issue (although with your driving skills, traffic likely won't pose a problem).

        Interesting I have never noticed any excessive wind noise from the window at those speeds and a just a little more. Guess I am just lucky....

            I hope that nobody is driving that fast on the street. Great way to kill yourself or innocent bystanders.
