  • Blast from the Past - Last St. Louis Corvette C3

Thought you guys would get a kick out of this. I stumbled across it today - an article from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on the end of Corvette production in St. Louis and the beginning in Bowling Green - with over 500 transplanted St. Louisan's manning the new plant. Over 1100 workers built Corvette C1, C2 and C3's in the St. Louis plant.

Thanks Binger for the fun trip down memory lane. Over my years of visiting Bowling Green, I made quite a few friends with some those 500 transplants — though all my transplanted-to-BGA friends are now retired.

From what I’ve heard they didn’t get a very warm welcome.
